Take 264 Westbound from Greenville. Take 42 East exit (Exit 40) off of 264 Westbound, which becomes Tarboro Street. Follow 42 Eastbound/Tarboro Street for 5.7 miles.

Take 64 Eastbound from Raleigh towards Zebulon & Rocky Mount. In Zebulon take 264 Eastbound toward Wilson and Greenville. Take Exit 36B onto US 264 Alt. Go approximately 6 mi. and US 264 Alt. becomes Raleigh Road. In approximately .6 mi. the road curves to the right and becomes Hines St. Follow Hines St. approximately .7 mi. to Tarboro St. Turn left onto Tarboro St. and go approximately .2 mi.
